I am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Therapy, both of which help shape our work together in a way that suits your individual needs.
I provide a warm, confidential, and non-judgmental environment, where you can freely
explore your thoughts, emotions, and struggles. Counselling is a collaborative journey and
together we will work towards uncovering the best version of you.
I am committed to ongoing personal and professional development and attend regular supervision in accordance with ethical practice standards.
